By purchasing from Dinner Done, you acknowledge and agree to abide by and be subject to these terms and conditions and the other policies of Dinner Done, which are subject to change and may be changed without notice at our sole discretion. Individual purchases or orders may be subject to additional terms and conditions (e.g., special offers, promotional discounts, customized programs), which are incorporated herein by reference.

ALLERGENS: We prepare our food in a certified, licensed, sanitary, professional kitchen. Our facility is not certified to be free from wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, shellfish, nuts or any other potential allergens. Traces of potential allergens may be found in the ingredients and other food items received from our suppliers. As we prepare meals in a kitchen that may contain potential allergens, we do not guarantee our meals are completely free from potential allergens. Your safety is important to us. If you have a severe or life-threatening food allergy, please refrain from ordering from Dinner Done.

ORDERING: Orders may be placed online at www.DinnerDone.com or via phone at *813) 264-7700 (Florida). All delivery orders must be paid in full prior to the delivery or ship date. Please check all order and delivery information carefully when placing your order and on your order confirmation. Notify Dinner Done immediately if there is an error. We are not responsible for errors in orders or delivery due to inaccurate information or delivery instructions such as name misspellings, incorrect or incomplete address information, lack of phone number, lack of access to your neighborhood, etc. We are not responsible for address or phone number changes made to your account after the order has been processed.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:  For pickup and delivery orders, we request a 24-hour cancellation notice. For safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for food items that have left the Dinner Done store. If you feel that you have received a food item that has a quality issue, please contact us by phone at (813) 264-7700 or by email at getcooking@dinnerdone.com.

DELIVERY:

  • Pickup: Customers in the Tampa Bay area may elect to pick up their meals at their local Dinner Done store during normal operating hours. If you are unable to pick up your meals during the scheduled times and your order contains fresh items, please notify us via phone at (813) 264-7700 or email at getcooking@dinnerdone.com and reschedule a pick-up time or make alternative arrangements. Fresh items are perishable and have a limited shelf life. If your order contains fresh meals and items and is not picked up during the scheduled times, we will attempt to contact you and will hold your food for as long as possible, however if we are unable to reach you and the items near their limited shelf life, they may be donated to a local food shelter or disposed of.
  • Local ($5) Delivery (Tampa Bay): For customers in local delivery areas in the Tampa Bay area, Dinner Done will deliver meals directly to you instead of using a third party delivery service. In the event of local delivery, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery time the Friday afternoon prior to your delivery date. Please contact us by phone at (813) 264-7700 or email to provide any special delivery instructions. It is your responsibility to secure your pets, provide required gate codes, and notify guard stations so our delivery driver may access your community. In the event our driver is prevented from completing a delivery due to unsecured pets or inability to gain access to your delivery address, you may either request that our driver make a second delivery attempt or make arrangements to pick up your meals at our facility. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for second delivery attempts and for deliveries with consistent issues.
  • Special Delivery: For customers within a 10-mile radius of our Carrollwood location, Dinner Done offers special delivery for a fee.  In the event of special delivery, we will phone you to coordinate a convenient delivery day and time. It is your responsibility to secure your pets, provide required gate codes, and notify guard stations so the delivery driver may access your community. In the event the driver is prevented from completing a delivery due to unsecured pets or inability to gain access to your delivery address, you may either request that the driver make a second delivery attempt or make arrangements to pick up your meals at our facility. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for second delivery attempts and for deliveries with consistent issues.

GIFT CARDS: Unless otherwise specified, gift cards may be applied to the purchase of any products or services offered by Dinner Done at the time of redemption, and may be cards with other discounts and promotions. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash and all gift certificate purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards do not expire until redeemed, with the exception of donation gift certificates, which generally expire one year after the event date, and promotional gift cards, which will indicate an expiration date. Please treat gift cards like cash; they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

SUPERCHEF POINTS and GIFT CARDS: The purchaser of a gift card qualifies for a SuperChef point if the minimum $99 purchase is met. When a gift certificate is redeemed (used for a purchase), the value of the gift certificate applied toward payment is deducted from the order total for SuperChef calculation purposes, for example if a $25 gift card is used toward a $100 purchase, no SuperChef point will be given as only $75 will count for SuperChef point calculation purposes. 

INGREDIENTS: Dinner Done attempts to be consistent in the ingredients used in our recipes. However, due to the always-changing nature of our menu and supplier constraints, there are times when ingredient substitutions may need to be made. In the unlikely event we are unable to procure a specific ingredient due to supply issues, we may use a like ingredient of similar quality.

The meals, nutritional suggestions, dietary programs and other products and services offered by Dinner Done are not intended to be medical advice. They are not offered or intended to treat, mitigate or cure any type of disease, sickness or weight problem, or to replace vitamins, pre/post-natal supplements, medications, or nutritional recommendations provided to you by your medical provider. Dinner Done products, services, nutritional information and programs should not be used as a substitute for sound medical advice.
