Individual purchases or orders may be subject to additional terms and conditions (e.g., special offers, promotional discounts, customized programs), which are incorporated herein by reference.

ALLERGENS: We prepare our food in a certified, licensed, sanitary, professional kitchen. Our facility is not certified to be free from wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, shellfish, nuts or any other potential allergens. Traces of potential allergens may be found in the ingredients and other food items received from our suppliers. As we prepare meals in a kitchen that may contain potential allergens, we do not guarantee our meals are completely free from potential allergens. Your safety is important to us. If you have a severe or life-threatening food allergy, please refrain from ordering from Dinner Done.

CUSTOMIZATION: We will always do our best to provide any customizations that you request on specific food items. We do not guarantee that there will be no amounts of any ingredient in our meals. Your safety is important to us. If you have a severe or life-threatening dietary or medical condition that restricts your ability to eat any amount of certain foods or ingredients, please refrain from ordering from Dinner Done.

ORDERING: Orders may be placed online at www.DinnerDone.com or via phone at 813-264-7700 (Florida) or 703-266-4004 (Virginia) for In-Kitchen Sessions, In-Store Pickup, Local Delivery and Shipping. All Delivery and Shipping orders must be paid in full prior to the delivery or ship date. Please check all order and delivery information carefully when placing your order and on your order confirmation. Notify Dinner Done immediately if there is an error. We are not responsible for errors in orders or delivery due to inaccurate information or delivery instructions (e.g., name misspellings, incorrect or incomplete address information, lack of phone number), or changes made to your account after the order has been processed.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Because Dinner Done pre-orders and preps fresh ingredients based on your session reservation, a 48-hour notice is required to reschedule an In-Kitchen Session date. Cancellations received with less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes make it impossible to give a 48-hour notice and, for that reason, we also offer the option of converting your reservation to a To Go or Delivered Session (additional preparation and/or delivery charges apply). For ToGo and Delivery/Ship orders, we request a 24-hour cancellation notice. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for food items that have left the Dinner Done store. If you feel that you have received a food item that has a quality issue, please contact us by phone.

DELIVERY:

In-Store Order Pickup (Tampa Bay and Northern Virginia/DC areas): Customers in the Tampa Bay area and the Northern Virginia/DC area may elect to pick up their meals at their local Dinner Done store, during normal operating hours. If you are unable to pick up your meals during the scheduled times and your order contains fresh items, please notify us via phone or email and reschedule a pick-up time or make alternative arrangements. Fresh items are perishable and have a limited shelf life. If your order contains fresh meals and items and is not picked up during the scheduled times, we will attempt to contact you and will hold your food for as long as possible, however if we are unable to reach you and the items near their limited shelf life, they may be donated to a local food shelter.

Local Delivery (Tampa Bay and Northern Virginia/DC areas): For customers in local delivery areas in the Tampa Bay area and the Northern Virginia/DC area, Dinner Done will deliver meals directly to you instead of using a third party delivery service. In the event of local delivery, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery time one day prior to your delivery date. Please contact us by phone or email to provide any special delivery instructions. It is your responsibility to secure your pets, provide required gate codes, and notify guard stations so our delivery driver may access your community. In the event our driver is prevented from completing a delivery due to unsecured pets or inability to gain access to your delivery address, you may either request that our driver make a second delivery attempt or make arrangements to pick up your meals at our facility. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for second delivery attempts and for deliveries with consistent issues.

Overnight Shipping: We deliver to residential addresses via third party courier delivery services (e.g., FedEx, UPS) where overnight ground is available. The delivery services will leave your package at the residential delivery address with no signature required. Deliveries to business addresses require special shipping instructions and a signature is required (please contact Customer Service for any delivery requests to business addresses). There is a minimum order for overnight shipping, as well as a maximum number of items that will fit in a shipping box. We will contact you prior to shipping if your order is too large to ship for the standard shipping fee.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Unless otherwise specified, gift certificates may be applied to the purchase of any products or services offered by Dinner Done at the time of redemption, and may be combined with other discounts and promotions. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash and all gift certificate purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift certificates do not expire until redeemed, with the exception of donation gift certificates, which generally expire one year after the event date, and promotional gift certificates, which will indicate an expiration date. Please treat gift certificates like cash; they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

INGREDIENTS: Dinner Done attempts to be consistent in the ingredients used in our recipes. However, due to the always-changing nature of our menu and Grab & Go items, the supply of some ingredients at the quantities we need each week is sometimes not practical or even possible. In the unlikely event we are unable to procure a specific ingredient due to supply issues, we may use a like ingredient of similar quality.
