We start with the freshest ingredients, purchased from local markets and quality broadliners, and then immediately hand-craft and freeze our dishes. This locks in amazing taste, while keeping nutrition at its peak until you cook it for the first time at home. As a result, our frozen is often fresher than “fresh”!
