$5 Delivery Days!

Save time - and gas - by taking advantage of our $5 Delivery Days!

If you live in one of our $5 Delivery Day areas, simply schedule your Delivered Session for the appropriate date and select the $5 Delivery Day Menu.  The $25 delivery fee will be automatically reduced to only $5.   Our $5 Delivery Day special may not be combined with any other specials.

So, what does it cost?

What areas are included in this offer?

• Area 1: Brandon, Riverview, Lithia, Fishhawk areas.  Includes zipcodes: 33510, 33511, 33584, 33527, 33534, 33594, 33619, 33578, 33596, 33569, 33579.

Which Saturdays are $5 Delivery Days? 

Each Saturday we deliver to a different $5 Delivery Day area.   Typically, we'll deliver to Area 1 on the 1st Saturday of our new menu; Area 2 on the 2nd Saturday, etc... but this sometimes changes, so here are two ways you can check for the exact day we'll be delivering to your area:

• $5 Delivery Days appear on our In-Kitchen Session Calendar.  They are noted on Saturdays.
• Check our Current Menus page to see the coming $5 Delivery Day Menus.  Just scroll down the page until you find your area.

How do I place an order?

There are two ways to place a $5 Delivery Day order:

• Reserve online.  To reserve online:
1. Select "Session Signup" and then choose a "Delivery" session type.
2. Be sure that the appropriate delivery date is chosen and then simply select the $5 DELIVERY DAY Menu so only a $5 delivery fee is charged!
3. Select your menu and complete your order online.  Please be sure that we have a correct phone number and address.  Note any special requests or delivery instructions in the "Comments" field that appears at the end of the order process.  
4. Check your email.  You'll receive an automatic email confirmation from Dinner Done confirming your order has been placed.
• Call us at 813.264.7700 and we'll be happy to place your order for you.   If you have ordered from us before, please ask us to confirm that we have an accurate phone number and address on file.

Once the order has been placed, what happens?

You will receive a phone call from Dinner Done the Friday afternoon or evening prior to your delivery date.  We'll provide you with a 30-minute delivery time window so you aren't waiting around for us all day.  If we aren't able to reach you directly, we'll leave a message in your voicemail with this information.  

It is very important that we are able to get delivery time information to you!  Please help us ensure a smooth delivery day for everyone by checking your voicemail if you don't talk to us directly!

What happens if I'm not home when delivery is attempted?

If you aren't home when delivery is attempted, we will have your order in our Carrollwood location ready for pickup at your convenience.
