The ideal Session Specialist is a high energy person, with excellent guest interaction skills. The role entails assisting our guests with their meal preparation by ensuring ingredients and utensils are available, and cleaning each station as a guest has completed preparation of their meal. Post-session cleaning of the kitchen is also the responsiblity of our Session Team. Session Specialists typically must be available to work nights and Saturdays in shifts as long as 7-to-8 hours.
Our sessions are extremely fast paced and lots of fun. Each shift is spent entirely on your feet. Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing needs is a must, as no two days are ever the same.
