Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
Because Dinner Done pre-orders and preps fresh ingredients based on your session reservation, a 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your Kitchen Session date.
Cancellations received with less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes make it impossible to give a 48-hour notice and, for that reason, we also offer the option of converting your reservation to a To Go or Delivered Session (additional preparation and/or delivery charges apply).
